Description
Madison County Public Library is soliciting offers for Category 2 technology needs for funding year 2027. The requested equipment includes three switches with necessary software and licenses: two Fortinet FS-124F-FPOE 24-port PoE switches with five-year premium-support licenses and one Fortinet FS-148F-FPOE 48-port PoE switch with a five-year premium-support license. Functionally equivalent solutions will be considered, and installation is not required for the listed equipment. The solicitation also requests basic maintenance of three switches and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Offerors must complete and submit the provided pricing attachment in Excel format, identify proposed make and model information, and provide documentation demonstrating functional equivalence when proposing alternatives. Questions and offers must be emailed to both designated recipients by the stated deadlines.
