The U.S. Air Force is establishing a Construction Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) program, known as EAGLE, for maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects at Aviano Air Base and its geographically separated units in Italy. This BOA is not a contract itself, but rather a pre-qualification for companies to compete for individual Task Orders (TOs) as requirements arise. Individual TOs will not exceed $350,000.00 USD. Projects may encompass a broad range of trades including demolition, site work, concrete, masonry, electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, painting, flooring, landscaping, and general contracting. Interested companies must submit a statement of interest, a capability statement detailing experience with the listed trades, and signed attachments. The solicitation emphasizes adherence to base access, security, and superintendent requirements for operating on Aviano AB. This BOA will remain open for its entire lifecycle, allowing submissions at any time. Companies must be BOA holders to be considered for task orders that may be issued.
