Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of construction and related materials for a plastic recycling facility. The requirement is divided into five lots: civil, concrete, and masonry materials; structural steel and roofing materials; plumbing, sanitary, and drainage materials; architectural and painting materials; and electrical materials. Bidders must quote for the full requirement of each lot, and partial bids within a lot may be considered non-responsive. The scope includes cement, aggregates, reinforcing steel, masonry units, roofing and structural steel components, plumbing fixtures and piping, windows and doors, paints and related supplies, lighting, wiring, electrical distribution equipment, and associated materials. The winning bidder must deliver the goods within 60 calendar days after purchase-order or contract signature, using Delivery at Place Unloaded terms, and must provide advance delivery notice, delivery documentation, and goods suitable for inspection and acceptance. The LED linear high-bay lights require a minimum three-year warranty. Quotations must include all costs for supply, delivery, unloading, fabrication, customization, assembly, installation, and other incidental requirements where applicable.
