Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is modifying contract SP3300-21-D-5002 with Olgoonik Federal, LLC on a sole source basis. This contract provides labor to support workload surges, unforeseen/unplanned workload, contingency operations, and special projects. The modification will increase the contract ceiling and extend the ordering period by six months, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. This action is necessary because the contract has been outpacing its anticipated spend rate, and award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays. A follow-on procurement is in process.
