Description
The Housing Authority of the City of La Crosse is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for its 2026 Capital Improvements Projects program, identified as project 26039. The work will be performed under one bid package and one construction contract awarded to a single prime contractor. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Project Manual and will be publicly opened and read aloud after the stated receipt deadline. Electronic delivery is not accepted. A nonmandatory pre-bid meeting is referenced, and the owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
