Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting bids for construction of a new civil-status one-stop service building in Kollo, Tillaberi Region, Niger. The single-lot scope includes site installation, technical studies, earthwork, foundations, reinforced concrete and masonry, roofing, finishes, painting, metal, aluminum, and woodwork, plumbing and sanitation, electrical systems, air conditioning and ventilation, fire protection, video surveillance, and access control. The building includes offices, service counters, archives, an information-technology room, police offices, waiting areas, toilets, and an entrance hall. Bidders must provide qualified personnel, equipment, financial and legal documentation, relevant project references, personnel curricula vitae and qualifications, equipment ownership or rental evidence, a work schedule, methodology, implementation strategy, company information, and the prescribed bid, technical, qualification, pricing, and bid-guarantee forms. The maximum execution period is four months, followed by a 12-month defects-liability period. A bid guarantee of XOF 1,500,000 is required, and a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required.
