Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a Sources Sought notice for market research regarding full OEM maintenance services for Bayer Medrad Stellant FLEX CT contrast injector systems and associated Certegra workstation platform components at the Marion VA Medical Center and Evansville VA Health Care Center. The covered equipment includes three Stellant FLEX systems, with two at Marion and one at Evansville. The anticipated scope includes annual preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairs, OEM-approved parts and consumables, calibration and testing, software maintenance and updates, cybersecurity hardening, recertification, remote diagnostics, service documentation, and coordination of planned maintenance. Work must be performed by OEM-trained and certified personnel qualified on the Bayer Medrad Stellant FLEX and Certegra platforms. The notice requests company information, size classification, UEI, applicable federal contract vehicles, manufacturer authorization, and capabilities information; it is not a solicitation and does not constitute a request for binding offers.
