Description
St. Johns River State College is soliciting qualifications from general, building, civil/site work, mechanical, and roofing contractors for new or renewed pre-qualification certificates covering Calendar Year 2027, from January 1 through December 31, 2027. A valid certificate is required to bid on the College’s construction projects, which may include construction, renovation, remodeling, major repairs, roof replacements, and site work at campuses in Clay, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties. Applicants may request a new certificate or renew an existing 2026 certificate in the same, higher, or lower category. Responses must be sealed and labeled with the solicitation number, respondent name, and requested certificate type. The qualification basis is compliance with the applicable RFQ specifications.
