Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of Al-Qusayr Industrial Zone in Homs and Istanbul Market in Aleppo through two lots. Partial bids are not allowed, and bidders awarded both lots must execute them concurrently within eight months after site handover. The scope includes multidisciplinary civil, electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty, local technical support, and related works, with at least 40 job opportunities required at each facility. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, financial capacity, qualified personnel, equipment availability, and compliance with technical, environmental, social, health, safety, and community requirements. The submission must include the prescribed returnable forms, technical and price submissions, qualification and financial documentation, AML materials, bid security, supporting evidence, and a signed environmental and social requirements annex. A mandatory site visit is required for each applicable lot, and bids must be submitted through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal.
