Description
The City of Poplar Bluff is soliciting bids for the PB Pine Street Crossing project, which will construct a crossing across Pine Street and sidewalks connecting PB Housing and Link Park. The project is identified as TAP-5100(014). The owner will award the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, subject to the right to reject all bids. Bidders must use the Missouri Department of Transportation pre-qualification process. The solicitation identifies a 0% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contract goal and requires completion of the DBE Identification Submittal forms. Awarded contractors and subcontractors must provide a 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety Program for on-site employees.
