Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina is requesting quotations for civil works on Primary School Vuk Karadzic in Visegrad. The scope includes preparatory, sheet-metal, roofing, masonry, facade, carpentry, lightning-protection, and other works, supported by the bill of quantities and technical drawings. The work includes roof reconstruction, facade insulation and finishing, replacement or installation of PVC and aluminum windows and doors, structural steel additions, and preparation of as-built documentation. The contractor must provide the required labor, materials, equipment, technical documentation, site verification, shop drawings, waste disposal or recycling, and health and safety measures. The quotation must include a completed and signed technical and financial offer, completed bill of quantities, and completed and signed Gantt chart. The expected delivery period is 75 calendar days from site access and the Engineer's notice to commence work. A performance security equal to 10% of the contract value is required, valid for 12 months after issuance of the final completion certificate.
