The 772nd Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Jones and Bartlett Learning LLC for AAOS-authored training packages: Emergency Medical Responder, 8th Edition Premier Package; Emergency Care and Transportation for the Sick and Injured, 13th Edition Premier Package; and Advanced Emergency Care and Transportation for the Sick and Injured, 4th Edition Premier Package. The requirement includes online access to Navigate Premier Access, FISDAP Assessment EMT, and FISDAP Skills Tracker. The materials are required for Air Force Fire and EMS education and training certification courses. The notice states that the acquisition is sole source because of copyright restrictions and ownership and control of the online tools, and that it is not a request for competitive quotes.
