Description
This Request for Information invites technology demonstration candidates to apply for participation in ISOF Range 2027, a U.S. Special Operations Command event scheduled for April 13–14, 2027. The event will include live-fire demonstrations, non-live-fire displays, and briefings for military, law-enforcement, government, international special operations, and industry attendees. No contract will be awarded based solely on this announcement, and respondents will bear their own submission, travel, demonstration, ammunition, and related costs. Technology areas include weapons and suppressors; visual augmentation, night-vision, imaging, optics, and laser systems; demolitions and breaching; advanced ammunition; shoulder-launched munitions; unmanned lethal strike systems; counter-unmanned-aircraft systems; crew-served weapons; mortar modernization; and other disruptive technologies. Most listed categories require Technology Readiness Level 7 or higher, while the catch-all category may include lower-readiness technologies. Applicants must submit only unclassified information, identify applicable lasers, electromagnetic emitters, UAS/UGV components, frequencies, and export-controlled technology, and provide required worksheets or concepts of operation when applicable. Selected exhibitors must coordinate logistics with Phoenix Defence and may be required to provide additional safety, regulatory, or compliance documentation.
