The 414th Contracting Support Brigade is soliciting for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for construction services in Italy. The contract will have a total ordering capacity not-to-exceed $40,000,000 over its five-year duration. Individual task orders will range from $3,000 to $2,000,000. The scope of work includes real property repair, maintenance, environmental work, asbestos abatement, force protection, and construction services at U.S. Government facilities in Vicenza, Livorno, and other locations throughout Italy. Services will be priced and executed using the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025. The contract will be awarded using a best-value trade-off source selection process. The anticipated solicitation issue date is January 2026. Offerors are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website for updates and the formal solicitation announcement.
