Description
The Export-Import Bank of the United States seeks two Bloomberg Professional Terminal subscriptions and two Bloomberg Anywhere subscriptions for a one-year period. The services must provide financial and economic data, analysis, visualization tools, news, and research covering countries, commodities, currencies, banks, companies, and industries. Requested capabilities include bond and ratings data, historical financial data, foreign exchange and money-market rates, macroeconomic data, company and sovereign research, ownership information, news and transcripts, and supply-chain analysis. The contractor must coordinate with the agency’s information technology staff and librarians to enable access through agency-provided monitors and computers, provide online access using a B-unit or similar authentication device, and make account management and help-desk support available for technical and content questions. The solicitation requests a one-year firm-fixed-price quotation, with all costs included. Offers of equivalent products must address the stated salient characteristics and provide the required product information and pricing.
