Description
The U.S. Air Force is requesting one stationary, heavy-duty, commercial-grade hot water pressure washing system, model Powerjet PJP 4002-3/A or equivalent. The system must operate on a 230-volt, three-phase electrical supply with a 5-horsepower motor; include a natural-gas-fired 390,000-BTU burner; deliver at least 4.0 gallons per minute at 2,000 PSI; and include an integrated chemical injector, time-delay automatic start/stop, pressure-relief valve, 50-foot high-pressure hose, variable-pressure wand, spring-rewind hose reel, and ETL certification to UL 1776 safety standards. The purchase must include complete on-site installation and utility tie-in for water, natural gas, and high-voltage electrical service. Quotes must include contractor identification information, product specifications demonstrating technical acceptability, and pricing for both the pressure washer system and installation. Award will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation, and the total small-business set-aside includes limitations on subcontracting.
