Description
The City is soliciting bids for construction of water system improvements, including approximately 1,650 linear feet of 6-inch water main, valves, and service line installations. The work includes furnishing the required equipment, labor, materials, and appurtenances. The project is federally assisted and includes applicable federal requirements, including prevailing wages, EPA disadvantaged business enterprise requirements, and domestic iron and steel requirements. Bidders must submit EPA Form 5700-49, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters.
