Description
UNDP is soliciting 31 line items of materials and tools for boat fabrication. The requested goods include polyester resins, fiberglass mat and woven roving, styrene monomer, catalysts, pigments, release agents, solvents, fillers, industrial detergent, brushes, rollers, abrasive and diamond cutting discs, chemical-resistant gloves, and enamel. The technical specifications set product composition, performance, packaging, condition, and remaining shelf-life requirements for many items. Bidders must provide technical data sheets and applicable manufacturer quality, ISO, environmental, safety, and marine-construction compliance documentation. The response also requires company and relevant-project information, technical compliance details, delivery and offer-validity confirmations, and a financial offer. Delivery is specified as CIP to either Mariel Port or José Martí Airport in Cuba, within 60 calendar days after contract signature. The solicitation requests the financial offer in both PDF and MS Excel formats; general instructions require attachments to be PDF unless otherwise directed.
