Description
Delaware County seeks suppliers of emulsion polymers for wastewater sludge thickening at three facilities. The polymers must meet specified viscosity, cationic charge, and active-solids ranges, and support the stated solids-capture performance requirements. Bidders must provide safety data sheets with their bids; the County may require post-opening testing to evaluate product performance. The contract covers on-demand purchases at quoted unit prices, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. The supplier must deliver requested material within 10 business days, provide equipment needed for unloading, and remove empty totes. Pricing includes freight, delivery, labor, equipment, and tote removal. The initial term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with up to three mutually agreed one-year extensions.
