Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting bids for completion and finishing of the four-floor, 451-square-meter Mukalla Prosecution Office building. The scope includes mobilization, concrete and structural repairs, masonry and stone cladding, plastering, painting, waterproofing, tiling, doors and windows, site works, landscaping, and project signage. The work also includes plumbing and drainage systems, water tanks and pumps, portable fire extinguishers and signage, electrical distribution, lighting, sockets, data and telephone systems, earthing, and split air-conditioning systems. Bidders must provide technical and price submissions, a detailed implementation schedule or Gantt chart, key-personnel CVs, equipment availability information, compliance documentation, financial and experience qualifications, and the completed bill of quantities. The completion period is 105 calendar days from commencement, with an expected commencement date of 2026-11-12.
