Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking quotations for one or both indivisible lots: baking kits and sewing kits. Lot 1 includes 100 each of specified baking and kitchen equipment, including gas cookers with ovens, multifunction grain threshers, combination refrigerators, gas cylinders, baking utensils, stainless-steel bowls and whisks, cookware, knives, and digital scales. Lot 2 includes sewing machines, overlock machines, steam irons, ironing boards, adjustable adult and child dress forms, professional scissors, pattern-drafting rulers, fabric, and related sewing materials in the stated quantities. The goods must be delivered under DAP terms to San-Pedro within two weeks after receipt of the purchase order. Equipment and accessories are subject to specified warranty periods, and the supplier must provide after-sales support in Côte d’Ivoire, spare-parts availability, and defined repair or replacement response times. Bidders must submit the completed and signed offer submission form, financial offer for each lot bid, administrative documents, required technical data sheets, a signed warranty declaration, a signed after-sales service commitment, and evidence of at least two similar contracts or purchase orders meeting the stated value and date requirements.
