Description
The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec is seeking bids from suppliers to provide, deliver, and install audiovisual equipment at its head office. Specifications are provided in Annex A. The solicitation has three lots: equipment for the 12th floor, 10th floor, and 13th floor. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more lots. Installation will occur in phases: Lot 1 from October 19–30, 2026; Lot 2 from May 17–28, 2027; and Lot 3 from December 6–17, 2027. The estimated contract period is 14 months.
