Description
Interior Health Authority is establishing a pre-qualified list of mechanical prime contractors and subcontractors for future projects involving acute-care and non-acute-care facilities. Projects may be located in the Okanagan, Thompson/Cariboo/Shuswap, Kootenay Boundary, and East Kootenay local health areas, with anticipated budgets ranging from $200,000 to $1 million, $1 million to $5 million, and over $5 million. Respondents must submit separate, clearly named files by email, including the Request for Pre-Qualification Form, corporate history and financial information, project references, key personnel and resumes, IPAC certification or registration, and any applicable additional documents. Up to three project references may be submitted for each applicable care category. Responses may be submitted for quarterly intakes through July 15, 2027, and must be received by the applicable intake deadline.
