Description
NAVFAC Southwest is conducting a Sources Sought market survey for a potential indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity/job order contract for specialty trade construction under NAICS 238990. The anticipated work includes new construction, repair, and renovation at various government facilities in the metropolitan San Diego area, including Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Point Loma, Naval Base Coronado, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, and other approved locations. The proposed contract would have a 24-month base period and one 36-month option period, for a maximum five-year performance period. The estimated total contract value is $99,000,000, with anticipated task orders ranging from $2,000 to $2,000,000. This is market research rather than a solicitation for contract award. Respondents must provide contractor information, business classifications, bonding capacity, capable work locations, three to five qualifying recent projects performed as the prime contractor, and OSHA DART and TRC rates for calendar years 2023, 2024, and 2025 to date. The attached contractor information form must be completed for the firm and for each submitted project.
