Description
Petersburg Public Library is seeking proposals for mobile data service for one bookmobile, with bandwidth options from 5 Mbps to 500 Mbps and data allowances ranging from 15 GB to 35 GB or unlimited. The solution must provide reliable connectivity along the bookmobile's routes and destinations, support at least 10 devices, include a secure management and reporting portal, allow device access controls, provide CIPA-compliant filtering, and include 24/7/365 support. Proposals must include all monthly recurring and non-recurring costs, separately identify E-Rate-ineligible components, and provide a coverage map. The requested bundled solution includes necessary equipment such as Wi-Fi 6 access points, antennas, modem/router, cabling, mounting equipment, and licenses. Providers may offer month-to-month service or 12- or 36-month contracts; contracted pricing should include two additional voluntary 12-month terms. Installation, equipment rental or purchase, early termination, pricing stability, E-Rate discounted SPI billing, lowest corresponding pricing, and compliance with covered-equipment restrictions must be addressed.
