Description
The University of Manitoba is soliciting pre-qualified general contractors to renovate BMSB office suites 130 and 131. The work includes removal and demolition of interior partitions and millwork; installation of new interior partitions, doors, and door frames; relocation of existing workstations; flooring repairs; interior finish upgrades; modifications to acoustic ceiling systems, lighting, and mechanical components; and asbestos-abatement work. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement Submission Portal. The submission package must include the completed Tender Form, Contractor's Notification and Acknowledgment form, Bid Bond and Consent of Surety, and applicable alternate or unit-price forms. The bid bond must be at least 10% of the tender price. Only pre-qualified general contractors, and pre-qualified subcontractors for their respective scopes, will be considered.
