Description
The Owasso Public Golf Authority is soliciting a contractor to renovate the Hole 16 golf cart bridge at Bailey Ranch Golf Club. The work includes removal and relocation of the existing bridge, installation of a new approximately 60-foot by 12-foot bridge, construction of concrete bridge abutments with reinforcing steel, a new six-inch concrete cart path with curb and gutter, concrete demolition and disposal, temporary access improvements, site restoration, and cleanup. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, protect utilities and existing facilities, maintain safe access and construction fencing, perform required concrete and compaction testing, and restore disturbed areas with grading and sod. The project has a 60-calendar-day substantial-completion period and a 90-calendar-day final-completion period. A five-percent proposal guaranty is required, along with 100-percent performance, maintenance, and statutory payment bonds if awarded.
