Description
Union Christian Academy seeks proposals for dedicated, symmetrical Category One internet access, with pricing options for 1, 2, 3, and 5 Gbps. Proposals should identify whether service is dedicated or shared, the transport technology, service demarcation and handoff, any last-mile carrier dependencies, and provider-owned equipment and related charges. Pricing must distinguish eligible and ineligible costs, including recurring and nonrecurring charges, construction, installation, equipment, taxes, and surcharges. Bidders may also price basic provider-supplied firewall functionality and must separately identify any ineligible security or filtering services. Pricing for 10 consecutive static IPv4 addresses and information about IPv6 support are requested. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two one-year extension options. Proposals must include completed Appendix A cost tables, the service-provider identification number, terms and conditions, references, an implementation timeline, and a complete description of the proposed solution. The RFP also requests service-level and support details, including outage response and restoration commitments. The desired service start date is July 1, 2027.
