Description
The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) is issuing a competitive solicitation for Designated Representative (DR) services. DRs are appointed to represent individuals who cannot represent themselves in immigration and refugee proceedings. Contractors must demonstrate sound judgment, knowledge of immigration and refugee processes, cultural competence, and the ability to work with vulnerable populations. Services are required across Eastern, Central, and Western regions of Canada. Up to 100 contracts may be awarded. Submissions must include a completed application form, resume, proof of age, and proof of legal eligibility to work in Canada.
