Description
Culpeper County Library is soliciting proposals for Internet access bundled with transport service at bandwidths from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps. The service must be delivered to the building demarcation point/MDF, with the provider responsible for site delivery, construction, permitting, pathways, and rights-of-way required to deliver service. Symmetrical bandwidth is not required, and proposals must include reasonable incremental bandwidth options. Proposals must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and any special construction charges, clearly identify ineligible E-Rate costs, and include pricing for at least five static IP addresses and router/modem lease options. Contracted-service pricing is requested for 36-month and 60-month terms, with voluntary two-year extension options; month-to-month offers will also be considered. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Vendors must comply with applicable E-Rate requirements, including discounted SPI billing, lowest corresponding pricing, and restrictions concerning covered telecommunications equipment and services.
