Description
This Request for Information seeks current market information to support a future procurement of laboratory products for health-service laboratory networks. The anticipated product categories include serological and transfer pipettes, urine containers, specimen bags, tubes and microtubes, Petri dishes, caps, slides and coverslips, and pipette tips. Respondents are asked to provide product brochures and technical data sheets, current product availability and descriptions, pricing fluctuations, delivery charges and order-management practices, information about new suppliers, and sustainable-development information. Responses must include the completed supplier-contact spreadsheet, the completed product-monitoring document for applicable catalog items, and technical data sheets; additional sustainability and general-questionnaire documents are to be provided later by addendum.
