Description
Centre de services scolaire des Bois-Francs is seeking a contractor for Project 6022, involving interior renovations at Polyvalente La Samare. The work includes renovating EHDAA classrooms on the second floor, offices on the first floor, and science rooms in phase one, along with interior reconfiguration and upgrades. The scope includes architectural and engineering work and any related work required on lower or upper floors. Bidders must hold the applicable licence under Quebec's Building Act; contractors and subcontractors with restricted licences are not eligible. A 10% bid security is required, valid for 45 days, in the form of a certified cheque, irrevocable letter of guarantee, or bid bond from a financial institution. The estimated contract period is nine months.
