Description
The Permanent Mission of the United States of America in Geneva, Switzerland, is planning to solicit food services for its Marine Security Guards. The contractor will provide food-services work five days per week from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., furnish all required managerial, administrative, and direct-labor personnel, and ensure that contractor employees are onsite. The anticipated contract structure is a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. This is a presolicitation and is not yet ready for issuance. The Government expects to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price, potentially based on initial quotations without discussions. Electronic responses will be accepted, and contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management before award.
