Description
The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a contractor for the general construction of a new 410-square-metre (4,413-square-foot), four-bedroom group home for clients with intellectual disabilities, together with training space for the Ministry of Social Services. The work is to be performed in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by P3Architecture Partnership dated September 28, 2026. The solicitation is an open competitive RFB with an estimated 12-month contract period. Competition documents, amendments, addenda, clarifications, questions, and bid submission are handled through the Government Enterprise Management electronic bidding platform, for which supplier registration is mandatory.
