Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is seeking information from manufacturers interested in participating in the Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program. This program aims to establish direct pricing agreements with manufacturers for products supplied to global customers through Subsistence Prime Vendor partners, ensuring fair and reasonable pricing for the U.S. Government. Participation requires the monthly submission of pricing data in specified electronic formats. Interested manufacturers should provide company information including name, address, website, contact details, CAGE Code, UEI, business size, and primary NAICS codes. They should also detail their manufacturing capabilities, specific product categories, major customers, and confirm their ability to provide commercial product specifications and labels. Manufacturers must also indicate which pricing model (Established Catalog or Competitive) best fits their structure and confirm compliance with DLA's pricing policy, which requires prices offered to DLA to be equal to or less than prices offered to other customers. Information on participation in the National Allowance Pricing Agreement (NAPA) program and the technical capability to submit monthly pricing spreadsheets via email is also requested.
