Description
Washington Headquarters Services intends to acquire SonarWiz Office Suite and Office Core subscriptions for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency’s Scientific Analysis Laboratory, along with virtual SonarWiz training. The software will support underwater field investigations and recovery efforts by enabling remote-sensing surveys and processing side-scan, sub-bottom, multibeam, magnetometry, and single-beam data. The requirement includes subscription periods of one to three years, with the listed base and option periods running from November 19, 2026, through November 18, 2029. The notice identifies Chesapeake Technology, Inc. as the only reasonably available source and states that the proposed procurement is limited-source, not a competitive RFP or RFQ.
