Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is soliciting construction services for roof replacement and building envelope improvements at the Turner Land Port of Entry, including the main building’s U.S. and Canadian sides and the water treatment building. Work includes selective demolition, exterior wall and cladding repairs, thermal and moisture protection, metals, openings, finishes, and incidental electrical, communications, and security coordination. The facility will remain occupied and operational, requiring phased work, daily site security, safe access, and coordination with GSA, CBP, CBSA, and other stakeholders. Work on the Canadian side may require access, work permits, and material-import coordination. The contractor must provide remaining labor, materials, equipment, supervision, bonds, permits, and incidentals, while coordinating certain roofing materials through the existing warranty process. The anticipated period of performance is 150 calendar days after notice to proceed. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside. Offers are due October 22, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. MDT. Offers must be emailed to John Morelion and include a signed copy of Amendment 0001. The solicitation package includes SF 1442 and other proposal documents; some attachments are controlled and require sign-in to access.
