Description
Madison County NC Consortium is soliciting Category 1 internet access and data transmission services with bandwidth options of 2 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps, supporting a requested capacity range of 500 Mbps to 10 Gbps. The scope includes monthly recurring service charges, static IP service, leased router or modem options, installation, and special construction costs where applicable. The pricing schedule must be completed and submitted in Excel format, with a response for each requested pricing row and manufacturer make and model information for vendor-provided equipment. The initial contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with two optional one-year renewal periods extending through June 30, 2032. Services are identified for the Madison County Administration Office at 5707 US-25, Marshall, North Carolina 28753. Questions are due October 20, 2026, and proposals are due November 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
