Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for park attendant services at 24 available positions across recreation areas in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. The work generally requires two-person teams to provide visitor assistance, operate gatehouses, open and close campground and day-use gates, conduct park and restroom inspections, maintain daily activity records, collect and process recreation fees, operate the Recreation One Stop reservation system where applicable, maintain gatehouses and immediate surroundings, and respond to emergencies and visitor inquiries. Contractors must furnish labor, transportation, fuel, tools, supplies, and a self-contained recreational vehicle meeting the stated requirements, except for government-furnished items. The period of performance is February 15, 2027, through October 31, 2027, with site-specific schedules and performance dates. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 721211, with a $10 million size standard. Bidders must submit a Contractor Data Sheet, signed first page of the SF 1449, and completed Bid Schedule by email. A $5,000 business services, fidelity, or dishonesty bond and insurance are required, but the solicitation states that these items and past-performance documentation, when applicable, are submitted after contract award.
