Description
Carbondale Public Library is seeking Managed Internal Broadband Services for maintenance of existing eligible equipment. The attached equipment list identifies one FortiGate FG-40F firewall, three Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO-US internal access points, one Ubiquiti US-24-250W 24-port switch, one Allied AT-GS910/24-10 24-port switch, and one Eaton 9SX1500 1500VA UPS. Bids must reference FCC Form 470 #270001840, include the bidder's SPIN, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and comply with applicable local and state procurement requirements. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered. The applicant may consider multi-year, month-to-month, or varying-term arrangements, and any voluntary extensions must specify their number and duration. Long-term contract language must protect the applicant if E-Rate funding is discontinued, and bids must identify any free services offered and comply with the USAC Free Services Advisory.
