Description
Flex High School Ohio is requesting proposals for E-Rate FY2027 Category 2 internal-connections cabling. The scope includes cabling materials and labor for installing and configuring up to 250 data drops, with individual drops averaging approximately 200 feet for bid calculations. Two eligible data drops are typically run together to one three-port faceplate. The school may purchase some, all, or none of the awarded products and services, and orders will be placed as needed according to project timelines. Proposals must provide per-item pricing for cabling, connectors, components, shipping and handling, installation, configuration, applicable taxes, and other charges. Bidders must identify each manufacturer's name, model, model number, and SKU; warranty information; E-Rate eligibility percentages; and any ineligible services or products with their recurring or one-time charges. Bids must include the Form 470 number, the bidder's Service Provider Identification Number, and sample contracts for the requested services. The selected proposal will be evaluated primarily on cost, along with compatibility, prior experience with the vendor, E-Rate experience, completeness, and other direct or indirect costs.
