Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting equipment with operators to provide emergency snow and ice removal services for the Salem District’s Salem Residency during the 2026–2027 winter season under the M7B program. The service area covers Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke counties. This is a notice-only posting; bids will not be received through eVA. Vendors must refer to the attached agreement for critical dates, instructions, and submission requirements, including submission through the plow4va portal.
