Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command is preparing draft MIL-DTL-46604C, “Thruster, Cartridge Actuated, M13 Assembly,” to accommodate varied design solutions and manufacturing processes and encourage a broad vendor base. Interested U.S. government agencies and contractors may request a copy for review by email; foreign requesters must provide an export license agreement and valid need-to-know. The review period ends October 30, 2026. The notice expressly states that it is not a solicitation and does not request proposals or offers.
