Military Field Jackets and Digital Woodland Parkas

The Royal Bahamas Defence Force is procuring 200 H2O PROOF GEN-2 ECWCS digital woodland parka-and-trouser sets and 50 Rothco M-65 field jackets for official personnel use. The parka-and-trouser sets must be new, unused, waterproof, windproof, breathable, and constructed to the specified three-layer nylon and taped-seam requirements, with the listed military-style features and matching sizes where proposed. The M-65 jackets must be new, unused, adult-sized, water-resistant, made with the specified cotton/polyester shell and removable quilted liner, and include the required hood, closures, pockets, and adjustments. The supplier must provide product information demonstrating compliance, identify available size ranges and any size-assortment requirements, package the goods to protect them during transportation and storage, and replace nonconforming items at no additional cost. Required submission materials include a quote, business documentation, tax-compliance documentation for Bahamian vendors, and the buyer-provided bid-table response template.
