Description
The U.S. Department of State's Embassy Ottawa is soliciting proposals to organize and host an alumni summit in Ottawa, Ontario. This event aims to bring together Canadian alumni of U.S. government-sponsored exchange programs to foster continued engagement, networking, and collaboration. The summit will provide a platform for participants to reconnect, share experiences, and explore opportunities for ongoing partnership, thereby strengthening people-to-people ties between the United States and Canada. The target audience for this summit is Canadian alumni of U.S. government-sponsored exchange programs residing in Canada. The program seeks to leverage past exchange program investments and maintain robust alumni networks to support the bilateral relationship and promote mutual understanding. Key activities will include participant outreach and logistics, travel and financial administration, agenda development, event documentation, venue and vendor management, on-site event management, and post-event deliverables. The U.S. Mission to Canada will provide strategic direction and maintain approval authority over key programmatic decisions.
