Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a contractor for works at three camping sites in Laram Top, Lower Dir; Kalam; and Achar Top, Shangla, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope includes prefabricated kitchens, staff and guard rooms, washrooms, and gazebos, together with foundations, concrete and flooring, EPS sandwich-panel structures, doors and windows, electrical wiring and lighting, plumbing and sanitary fixtures, solar power systems, kitchen fixtures, benches, transportation, erection, testing, and commissioning. The quotation must include technical and financial offers, priced BOQs, a company profile, legal and tax registrations, Pakistan Engineering Council registration at Category C-5 or above, audited financial statements, relevant completed contracts, performance references, personnel CVs, a work programme, declarations regarding non-performance and litigation, and bid security of PKR 250,000. The works are expected to be completed within four months from contract award, and the contractor must provide a 10% performance bank guarantee and maintain the required insurance coverage after award.
