Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified businesses capable of delivering a turnkey solution consisting of 17 physical, field-deployable RePR-G7 recoilless precision rifle and anti-tank weapon simulator systems. The systems must replicate the active weapon's form, fit, weight, balance, sights, handling, and operational sequence, while excluding live-fire hazards and software-only, virtual-reality, augmented-reality, or classroom-only solutions. The requirement also includes contractor-led OCONUS operational and technical training for approximately 15 recipient force structures, covering mechanics, tactical deployment, field maintenance, and troubleshooting, with mobile training teams deployed to designated sites. In addition, the contractor must provide professional English-to-Traditional-Chinese translation for operating manuals, curricula, safety guidance, software interfaces, and field reference cards. Respondents must submit a tailored capabilities statement addressing relevant past performance, staffing and organizational capacity, socioeconomic and manufacturer status, and any proposed subcontractors, including applicable CAGE codes and work percentages.
