Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District is providing notification of current and projected FY2026-FY2027 projects for informational planning purposes. These requirements will only be solicited to local sources in Japan through full and open competition procedures, unless otherwise specified. Local sources are defined as organizations physically located and licensed to conduct business in Japan. This notice is not a solicitation and is subject to change; please monitor SAM.gov for updates. Any conflicting information between this notice and a future solicitation will be governed by the terms of the solicitation. Industry comments are welcome. All solicitations and contracts issued on or after November 10, 2025, will require Basic (Level 1) certification or higher for Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0. Offerors/bidders must possess a Japanese civil or architectural construction license by the proposal/bid due date, verifiable on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) website. Failure to comply will result in rejection. Electronic bid/proposal submissions will be through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
