Description
The U.S. Department of State is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide food-service operations for the Marine Security Guard Residence at the U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca. The scope includes menu planning and coordination, food sourcing and provisioning, preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, staffing, food-safety and quality management, inventory and storage controls, and cleaning of kitchen and dining areas. The contractor will generally serve seven Marines, or the number actually present, with three meals per person per weekday. Food ingredients will be purchased separately using government-provided funds, while the contractor provides the required labor, management, supervision, logistics, training, transportation, and related services. The contractor must operate onsite Monday through Friday, generally from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., comply with applicable Moroccan laws and food-service standards, obtain required licenses and permits, provide qualified cooks, maintain backup personnel, and support background checks and access-badge requirements. The contract has a 12-month base period with four one-year option periods. Quotations must include the completed SF 1449, pricing, representations and certifications, required business and tax-registration documentation, client and past-performance information, cook resumes, and a strategic food-services plan.
