Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one package, consisting of 10 each, of i-STAT TriControls Level 3 blood chemistry controls for use with an i-STAT point-of-care analyzer. The requested item is identified as NSN 6550-01-642-2842 and Abbott Laboratories Inc. Division part number 05P73-01. The controls require refrigerated storage between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius and must not be frozen. The item has a 12-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than one month elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Packaging, medical marking, commercial packing, destination inspection, and delivery FOB destination requirements apply.
